Technical Support is provided from our corporate headquarters in South Carolina. Our office is available to assist you with all your software technology needs. Technical Support is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Emergency and after-hours support is available on a case-by-case basis.
All Colleton clients receive technical support. Colleton billing clients receive support free of charge. Other clients are supported on a contract basis.
